User Guide:

• Place the tip of your index finger over the back camera lens of your phone.
• Avoid pressing too hard as this can affect circulation and result in inaccurate readings.
• Within a second or two, you should see your heart pulse graph.
• Keep your finger steady for an additional five seconds to calculate your heart rate and update the value.
• To get a stable and accurate heart rate reading, keep your finger still for 10 seconds.
